Refund policy

Once our customer makes a purchase (Thank you BTW!) only Gorham's Golden Enterprises can cancel a sale. Once cancelled, the customer will receive a full refund for their order.  HOWEVER, mistypes can occur.  CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY!  IF WE CAN AT ALL CORRECT THE MISTYPE, we will assist.  Money does NOT grow on trees! But just because you call, email, or text us, doesn't mean that the order may not have already been processed!  WE WORK FAST!!  But that doesn't mean you should give up hope!  We will acknowledge in writing, probably AFTER we have tried to stop your order!  We will communicate because we VALUE effective communication!  And ESPECIALLY, want to have repeat customers!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Sometimes what we packed with love could be damaged during shipment.  Accidents happen right?  Prayerfully, the driver and all around the vehicle are okay!  

But in the unfortunate rare occasion that your gift is damaged, we must know IMMEDIATELY!  Text or email is best, and PICTURES are worth 1000 words!  

 


Shipping outside out of CONUS
We are not shipping outside of the CONUS (exception Hawaii and Alaska -which will incur larger shipping fees).  We will update this policy and HAPPILY ship to you one day soon!
